Platform Terms of Use

PLACEHOLDER TEXT — these terms are being drafted and are not yet final. They are published here so the references in the Goodbridge engagement letter resolve, and they will be replaced in full before the platform is generally available.

1. The Platform. The Platform is the client-facing technology Goodbridge LLP makes available to its clients, including AI-enabled communication, workflow, knowledge and document tools. Access is provided as part of an engagement with the Firm and is governed by the engagement letter and standard terms agreed with the Firm.

2. Acceptable Use. You may use the Platform only in connection with your engagement with the Firm, and only in ways that are lawful and that do not interfere with the Platform or with other clients. You are responsible for the credentials issued to you and for the activity that occurs under them.

3. Your Content. You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit. Material you share with the Firm through the Platform is treated as confidential on the same terms as any other communication with the Firm, and is handled as described in the privacy policy.

4. AI-Assisted Output. Content generated by or through the Platform is provided as part of the Firm’s legal services but does not constitute legal advice on which you should rely unless and until a Firm attorney has reviewed or confirmed it.

5. Availability and Changes. The Firm may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform or any feature of it at any time. The Firm works to make the Platform reliable but does not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Relationship to Your Engagement. These terms are incorporated by reference into your engagement letter with the Firm. Where these terms and your engagement letter conflict, the engagement letter and its standard terms control.
