1. What This Covers. This policy describes how Goodbridge LLP handles information collected through its client platform and in the course of providing legal services.

2. Information We Collect. Account information you provide when your access is created, the documents and messages you share with the Firm, and technical records generated by your use of the Platform.

3. How We Use It. To provide legal services and operate the Platform. Client information is not sold, and is not used to train third-party AI models; the Firm uses AI tools only under terms that prohibit such training, as described in the engagement letter.

4. Disclosure. Information is disclosed only to Firm personnel and service providers who need it to deliver the services, or where disclosure is required by law or permitted by the applicable rules of professional conduct.

5. Retention. Client files and related records are retained in line with the Firm’s file retention practices described in the engagement letter’s standard terms.
